NEED TO KNOW
Stephanie Shojaee has always appreciated luxury goods, and her love affair with Hermés is no exception.
The new Real Housewives of Miami star, 40, often shows off her Hermés collection on social media and asks her followers which items she should pair with her outfits. But there’s a chance that her fanbase has yet to see each bag in her collection, as she has three digits worth of bags.
“I actually have an Excel sheet of all of my bags,” she exclusively tells PEOPLE. “And when I got them, how much they were, what color they were, it has a picture. It’s a very, very detail-oriented Excel sheet. We’re in the three digits.”
The Housewives newbie, who is the president of Shoma Group Real Estate, also shared that her most expensive bag purchase was a “diamond Kelly bag.”
This rare bag features diamonds on the hardware and usually features an exotic leather like crocodile. The leather alone makes for a high price tag, and the diamonds would increase the price even more. Christie’s cites a rare diamond Kelly that sold in Hong Kong in 2020 for almost $200K, but they could fetch even more than that.

Though the reality star is open about her luxurious lifestyle, it hasn’t affected her ability to make friends with other women and she doesn’t mind sharing the wealth with others.
“I think that the best way to enjoy life is to be able to share what you have. I obviously don’t want to be friends with somebody that only wants to be friends with me for something that I have,” she tells PEOPLE. “But for the most part, when my friends get to know me, they realize I’m really fun. I just really love to share my stuff. Well, not my Birkins, but my trips.”
Shojaee is joining the show following the exit of Dr. Nicole Martin, after it was revealed in 2024 that she wouldn’t be returning for the franchise’s seventh season. The new Housewife explained that from an early age, she knew that she always wanted the finer things that life had to offer.
“At a young age, every time I saw something shiny, sparkly and expensive, I loved it. If we were on the highway and I saw a Mercedes, I’d be like, ‘Oh, I love that car,'” she says. “Anything that was a vintage or older car, I’d be like, ‘Ew.’ So I just [was] always attracted to really nice things.”

The Real Housewives of Miami star also noted that her desire for nice things led to her developing a strong work ethic throughout her life.
“I just knew that I had to go to school, I had to get up, I had to take a shower, do my hair, look my best, do great in school. I am very checklist oriented, and I just want to do the best at everything I can,” Shojaee recalls. “I think even with the Housewives, I glammed every single call day. I had a look for every day. I operate that way where it’s either done or it’s not done at all.”
