Billy Ray Cyrus is admiring his girlfriend, Elizabeth Hurley.
The British actress, 60, shared a photo of herself on a boat with a rainbow in the background to Instagram on Tuesday, July 1, leading the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer, 63, to leave a sweet comment.
“Somewhere over the rainbow, skies are blue, And the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true,” wrote Hurley, quoting the classic Wizard of Oz track “Over the Rainbow” in the post’s caption. Last week, Billy Ray released a cover of the song as a charity single benefiting the National Museum of African American Music (NMAAM), with 100% of proceeds supporting the museum’s mission to preserve and celebrate African American musical heritage.
Cyrus took to the comments section and revealed the couple has a special connection to “Over the Rainbow.” He wrote, “Thank you 🙏🏼 for sharing our song 🎵 in such a sweet… beautiful… and truly wholesome way!!!! You are one of a kind young lady!!! Truly an original. ♥️♥️♥️♥️”
The photo saw Hurley wearing an animal-print bathing suit, sunglasses and a smile while sitting in a boat with a rainbow in the sky behind her.

Last month, the couple, who went public with their romance in April, stepped out to a London premiere event for Billy Ray’s daughter Miley Cyrus’ new visual album, Something Beautiful.
Elizabeth and Billy Ray watched the film with their kids — Miley, 32, and Elizabeth’s 23-year-old son, model Damian Hurley — according to a joint Instagram post the pair shared the next day.
“The babies are all grown up,” wrote Elizabeth alongside a photo of Miley and Damian’s backs. “@damianhurley1 & @mileycyrus at the premiere of Something Beautiful in London last night ❤️❤️❤️ #proudparents.”

Billy Ray commented, describing the London premiere as “a night to remember” and adding, “This is what rock n’ roll is all about… the kids are together ❤️ SO PROUD xxx.”
Elizabeth also shared a PDA-filled montage of her and Billy Ray’s time at the event on Instagram, including footage of the couple walking, posing together and kissing, plus a couple clips of Miley’s film.

Elizabeth and Billy Ray first met on the set of 2022’s Christmas in Paradise movie, years before debuting their relationship publicly in April.

The Austin Powers star was previously married to businessman Arun Nayar from 2007 to 2010.
Meanwhile, Billy Ray shares five kids with his ex-wife, Tish Cyrus: Miley, Brandi, Trace, Braison and Noah. He also has a son, Christopher Cody, with ex-girlfriend Kristin Luckey.
