Orlando Bloom Shares Cryptic Message on “New Beginning” After Katy Perry Breakup
Katy Perry’s fans will always love her unconditionally.
It’s why the 40-year-old felt so much gratitude as she wrapped up the Australian leg of her Lifetimes tour June 30, just four days after news of her split from fiancé Orlando Bloom was shared.
During her final show in Adelaide, Katy held heart hands up to the crowd, as seen in a clip shared to social media, as she grew visibly emotional.
“Thank you for always being there for me Australia,” she said, resting her hand on her chest. “It means the world.”
And because the show must always go on, she then gathered herself and proclaimed, “Now let’s sing ‘Firework!’”
While Katy and Orlando—who share 4-year-old daughter Daisy Dove Bloom—have not yet addressed their split publicly, Katy did reveal how she was keeping busy in Australia.
In a June 27 Instagram carousel, the “Roar” singer showed off the new friend she’d made down under: a smiley quokka.
