NEED TO KNOW
Khloé Kardashian is finally addressing all the speculation surrounding her appearance and pulling back the curtain on her cosmetic procedures.
While highlighting the Good American co-founder’s recent 41st birthday on June 27, a London-based doctor named Jonny Betteridge discussed her “transformation” on his clinic’s Instagram account. He used videos of the reality star attending Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s Venice, Italy, wedding as an example.
Betteridge began by comparing photos from “many years ago” to “appreciate just how much she’s changed over the years.”
In addition to his video, his caption read, “Based on recent photos, I believe she may have had the following work done.”
He listed, “A temporal brow lift to elevate the outer brow area, Upper blepharoplasty to smooth the upper eyelids, Rhinoplasty for a more sculpted nose, Lip filler to enhance volume and shape, A face and neck lift for overall tightness and definition, [and] A chin implant for lower face projection.”
“She looks dramatically different from a few years ago, and whether you see it as glow up or glam makeover, there’s no denying she’s created a bold new look for herself,” the caption continued.
The post – which received over 25,000 likes – ended with a disclaimer, letting readers know that Betteridge’s reporting was “purely speculative and based on my professional opinion.”
Soon after his post went up, Khloé set the record straight in the comments section.
“I take this as a great compliment,” the mom of two wrote, before sharing every procedure she’s had done and the doctors who performed them.
“First off I think these photos are about 15 years apart, But here’s a list of things that I have done. I’ve been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go,” she continued.
According to Khloé, in the last decade or so, she’s had a nose job performed by Dr. Raj Kanodia, “laser Hair for the hairline and everywhere else” at Sev Laser Aesthetics, “Botox and sculptra where my face tumor was removed in my cheek” by 7Q Spa Laser & Aesthetic Center — where her sister Kim Kardashian is also a client.
Khloé shared she also gets “soft wave laser for skin tightening” courtesy of Software Therapy.

Khloé’s beauty regime didn’t stop there.
The Khloud Protein Popcorn founder, who shares 7-year-old daughter True and 2-year-old Tatum with her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson, said she’s also gotten “filler in the past.”
“But not any over the last few years (I hear it never goes away, so l’m sure it’s still there but calmed down),” the Revenge Body star said, adding that she’s “lost 80 pounds over the years (slow and steady)” with a coach named Joe Paris.

Additionally, she uses “collagen baby Threads” underneath her chin and neck from The Things We Do, as well as “Salmon sperm facials/ regular facials, peptides, vitamins and daily skin care.” Khloe’s response garnered over 2,500 likes.
After sharing all of her anti-aging secrets and hacks, Khloé returned to add one final comment.
“Those photos are actually OVER 15 years ago… Man time does fly.”
Betteridge has close to 364,000 Instagram followers. In addition to Khloé, Betteridge has also created speculation videos about Angelina Jolie, Taylor Swift, Anne Hathaway and more.
Earlier this month, Kylie Jenner shared the exact details of her boob job after a fan pleaded in a TikTok video.
“445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!” the Kylie Cosmetics CEO, 27, wrote.
The next day, Kris Jenner revealed that the same doctor who did her facelift 14 years ago also performed the Life of Kylie alum’s breast augmentation.
In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE published June 12, board-certified, celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Lara Devgan opened up about celebrities’ recent transparency regarding cosmetic procedures.
“Celebrities are becoming more transparent about plastic surgery because the cultural conversation around beauty has evolved,” Devgan said. “We’ve moved from secrecy and stigma to empowerment and ownership. Today’s public figures are reclaiming their narratives, acknowledging that looking beautiful often involves intention, planning and professional help from expert surgeons.”
