NEED TO KNOW
Jeremy Allen White is (like the rest of us) cherishing his Calvin Klein campaign!
The Bear actor, 34, appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, June 26, and opened up about his recent ad for Calvin Klein. For the campaign, White posed in the brand’s underwear and baggy jeans, reclining shirtless on a couch.
According to Fallon, the campaign “broke the internet.”

Fallon then produced a snap of one of the campaign’s Houston Street billboards, which saw a black-and-white shot of White, again shirtless and sporting white Calvin Klein briefs.
White grew up in Brooklyn, and watched a rotating stream of Calvin Klein models grace that billboard his whole life. Before White’s ad reached the internet or social media, he checked it out with his childhood friend Gabriel Gomez.
“It was fresh up for maybe like 30 minutes or an hour,” White recalled. “And it was like this very beautiful, private moment I had with myself.”
“And before the whole world got, you know—” White began, and Fallon cut in, “—their private moments with you,” and the audience giggled.

Fallon then revealed his own Calvin Klein ad, made during his stint on Saturday Night Live — complete with the dramatic stare into the camera, the lounging poses, a questionable explosion in the background and the CK logo. The only thing missing, Fallon pointed out, was actual Calvin Klein underwear.
The Bear recently debuted its fourth season on Wednesday, June 25.
