Kimberly J. Brown and Daniel Kountz are getting ready for spooky season — of course — with some new roles!
The Halloweentown II: Kalabar’s Revenge costars, who wed in 2024, will star in the third installment in Hallmark’s Haul Out the Holly movie series, a Halloween-themed film titled Haul Out the Halloween.
Joining the neighborhood as new neighbors Luna and Marvin, Kimberly, 40, and Kountz, 46, will appear alongside Lacey Chabert, Wes Brown, Melissa Peterman, Stephen Tobolowsky and Ellen Travolta, who will reprise their roles of Emily, Jared, Pamela, Ned and Mary Louise, respectively.
In a video shared on Instagram by Chabert, 42, the cast could be seen teasing the forthcoming film.
“Our new neighbors on Evergreen Lane are really into Halloween 🎃 #iykyk Haul Out the Halloween coming to Hallmark Channel this fall! What a dream to return to Evergreen Lane!” she wrote in her caption.
“For a neighborhood as renowned for its spectacular holiday displays as Evergreen Lane, the street has long been modest when it comes to Halloween. But when fun and spooky new neighbors, Luna and Marvin move to the block, Emily, Jared and the rest of the HOA agree to get in on the seasonal fun and launch EverSCREAM Lane to fundraise for a local charity,” an official plot synopsis states.
“As the block pulls together to plan creepy contests, spine-chilling décor and a spooktacular carnival, new haunted hijinks ensue with Pamela, Ned, Mary Louise and the rest of the block. Through the process, Emily rediscovers the joys of the holiday that she and her late grandmother once cherished,” it continues.
Haul Out the Halloween is based on characters created by Andy Sandberg and a story crafted Christopher Sey and Maclain Nelson, who also directed and wrote the script.
Alexandre Coscas and Michael Goldstein are executive producers, along with Chabert, while David Wulf is a producer.

“Kimberly and Daniel have been dear friends for many years. When we started on this third movie, set during Halloween, I just knew that they would be the perfect addition to this hilariously funny cast,” Chabert said in a statement.
“I loved making this movie with friends – who so many people grew up sharing this holiday with,” the Mean Girls star continued. “It’s a dream come true.”

Speaking with PEOPLE last month, Wes, 43, said “can’t wait” to “get back with that cast and that group of actual characters, literally and figuratively.”
