After Lauren Jauregui and Brandon Armstrong were eliminated last week, fans noticed an awkward moment while the cast gathered on the dance floor to say goodbye.
In the viral clip, Whitney Leavitt was spotted laughing next to Danielle and seemingly celebrating the fact they made it through elimination.
However, Whitney’s reaction quickly changed after speaking to Danielle, whose back was to the camera. Whitney then changed her expression to a straight face.

While leaving rehearsal on Oct. 3, Danielle told TMZ that she “definitely did not put [Whitney] in her place” as online commenters have speculated.
“It’s a roller coaster of emotions,” Danielle said. “We can be happy for ourselves and our friends that were safe and also sad that somebody is gone.”
Danielle added that she was focused that night on comforting her “friend” Lauren.
