Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens are spreading Christmas cheer!
On Thursday, Dec. 25, Olympic gymnast, 28, posted a series of snaps sharing her Christmas traditions with her NFL husband, 30.
Biles first posted an Instagram Story of her fireplace burning bright, and captioned the video: “merry christmas everyone🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍.”
Her next story included a mirror selfie of her, showing off her navy blue silk pajamas. She followed the solo selfie with another sweet selfie alongside the Chicago Bears safety. As the couple smiled widely for the camera, the TV was seen in the background playing the classic Christmas movie, Elf.

Biles continued her Instagram Stories with a video of her and Owens — in matching blue silk pajamas — unwrapping presents together, as they watched Elf .
The video is sped up and shows the pair unwrapping several of their gifts together. Owens started the unwrapping process and opens all his gifts, and Biles flimed and photographs his reactions. Owens was gifted a Louis Vuitton Keepall travel bag and a Louis Vuitton Horizon suitcase. Meanwhile, Biles opened a travel vanity piece and a foot massage machine.
The Instagram Stories continued with a photo of the presents wrapped and stacked on each other, with Elf playing in the background. She concluded the Instagram Stories with another photo of the wrapped presents, but this time they were placed in front of palm leaves.

Biles then posted photos of the couple’s Christmas celebration on her profile, including one of them embracing while posing on the couch. She added the couple’s selfie from the Instagram Stories, and a blurry photo of the two kissing each other on their couch.
“happy holidays from me & mine to you & yours 🤍,” she captioned the post.
Owens commented: “So thankful for you 🤎.”

The couple first met on the dating app Raya in March 2020, and made their romance Instagram official in August 2020. In February 2022, Owens proposed to Biles. The pair wed in April 2023, in an intimate courthouse wedding in Texas, and then had a second wedding in Mexico that May.
The gymnast recently recalled for PEOPLE how she felt during their initial meeting. “Gosh… It wouldn’t even be giddy. What is the right term? I could not stand when a girl says, ‘Oh, my god, I knew he was the one because…’ What is that feeling like? What does that even mean?” she frustratingly questioned with a laugh.
“I don’t know the term for it, but as soon as I met Jonathan, I remember coming home and telling my friends—because they were at my house getting ready with me for that little date— I came back and I was like, ‘Oh, I think I’m going to marry him,’ ” she shared in the November conversation. “Why did I say that? I don’t know. I don’t know why I said that.”
“It was just a random weird feeling that I’ve never felt before, and then it just happened. So I just think he was so kind and sweet, he made me laugh.”
