Months after Brittany Furlan claimed to have been catfished by someone pretending to be musician Ronnie Radke, the rocker filed a request for a temporary restraining order against her, seeking protection against alleged harassment from the comedian and her husband Tommy Lee.
Radke’s request, which he filed on Monday, Jan. 5, was denied by the court, though a hearing is set for Jan. 23 in Los Angeles, according to Furlan’s attorney and documents obtained by PEOPLE.
The legal development comes months after Radke, 42, and Furlan, 39, publicly aired their drama on social media in May. Furlan alleged she’d been “seduced” by someone on Snapchat who claimed to be Radke, while the Falling in Reverse frontman said he’d never met Furlan, and had been threatened by Lee, 63, over the situation.
In his restraining order petition, Radke wrote that he does not know Furlan, but that she has “contacted me multiple times on social media” and “showed up to my doctor’s appointment without an appointment and waited and stared at me, harassing me constantly online since.”

Radke added that the This Is the Worst podcast host “will not stop posting false public claims about me and messaging underage fans to coerce them into lying about me.” He asked that the court order Furlan to stay 100 yards away from him.
In a statement shared with PEOPLE, Furlan’s attorney slammed Radke’s filing, claiming Furlan was actually the one facing harassment.
“Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her. We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request that Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner,” he said.
In his filing, Radke included a number of screenshots purportedly backing up his harassment claims, including Instagram DMs from Lee that said, “Watch your back!.. Don’t f— with me dude!”
Furlan opened up about the situation in a TikTok in May, explaining that she exchanged Snapchat messages with someone she thought was Radke during a “tough time” in her marriage to Lee, whom she wed in 2019.
“[Radke] says this isn’t him. That’s fine, whatever. I don’t give a f—,” Furlan said. “It’s a catfish, cool. I got catfished. Why are you still harassing me? Why are you sending me hundreds of messages? Why are you trolling me? I don’t give a f—. I unfollowed you. Leave me alone. That’s it.”
She also said that she’d “come clean” to Lee, who’d “freak[ed] out” and messaged Radke.
Despite the tough time, Furlan and Lee appear to have made amends, as the pair celebrated their birthdays together in the fall as well as the recent holidays.
In September, Furlan shared videos of her supporting Mötley Crüe at their Las Vegas residency, including a shot of her kissing Lee.
“Wishing you all the happiest of the New Year 2026. Tommy & Brittany Lee,” the drummer posted to Instagram on New Year’s Eve.
