Hunter Fieri’s wife, Tara Fieri, is settling into her wifely duties, including taking care of her “hubby” during the wintry season.
In an Instagram Reel shared on Wednesday, Dec. 24, the professional pickleball player, 28, is seen packing up her and Hunter’s truck with packages to the Fieri family ranch, HuntRyde Ranch, in Sonoma, California, where the two were married just months prior.
“When your love language is gift giving,” read the overlay text on the video as the hatchback of the truck and its backseat slowly filled up with boxes, bags and luggage. Once all was packed tight, Tara sat in the front seat and spoke directly to the camera.

“Hunter is under the weather and not feeling well so [I’m] packing the whole car, making sure that things are all organized,” she explained. “We’re ready to head up to the ranch and yeah, Happy Merry Christmas, everybody.”
The video montage that followed included the scenic, forest-lined drive to the property, a sleeping Hunter in the passenger’s seat and their arrival at the picturesque land, complete with food plates on the dinner table.
Tara and Hunter tied the knot at HuntRyde Ranch on Saturday, Aug. 30, in front of 350 attendees to the “upscale” country chic-themed nuptials. It’s also where Hunter proposed to then-Bernstein on Thanksgiving in 2023, nine months after the two met at the Super Bowl in Arizona.
While the guest list was lengthy, the “ranch elegance mixed with cozy camp vibes” made for an intimate celebration filled with sentimental touches and nods to both the Fieri and Bernstein families, such as a “little petting zoo,” that featured two miniature donkeys, a few goats, peacocks and dogs for her East Coast relatives, and Hunter’s 81-year-old paternal grandmother, Penelope Ferry, who’s affectionately called “Mimi,” serving as the wedding’s flower girl.

“I know it sounds cliché, but when I met Hunter, I wasn’t looking for anything. It honestly is a dream to be able to meet someone like him that’s kind of the guy version of me,” Tara said in part during the vows exchange. “We’re so different, but that’s what makes us also similar in the same way. We have a lot of similar qualities, and I would say it really is a dream come true to meet your best friend and be able to live your life the way that you feel free at the same time.”
Following an “extremely meaningful” ceremony, guests made their way to a horse trailer–turned–bar, where signature His and Hers drinks set the tone for the evening.
Drawing inspiration from the U.S. Open, Bernstein’s “Honey I Dew” mocktail blended honeydew melon, cucumber, coconut water, lemonade and a hint of blue spirulina. Its counterpart, the “Fieri Sunrise,” combined the family’s Santo Tequila Blanco with Aperol, club soda, agave, and freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice.
As for dinner, the newlyweds curated an Italian menu they described as both elevated and approachable, enlisting a dream team of chefs, including Cesar Orozco, Lorena Garcia, Antonia Lofaso and Aaron May, with Sonoma County Catering Co. supporting the service.
“It’s basically a mini food-and-wine festival,” Hunter joked at the time, noting that the entire meal was served family-style. “I wanted it to feel communal — platters on the table, everyone digging in together.”
The evening began with Italian charcuterie, crudités with hummus, tuna and avocado, crispy rice and bite-sized pizza. A first course of Italian chopped salad paired with warm focaccia followed, before the main spread arrived: perfectly cooked pasta with hand-rolled meatballs, a grilled vegetable medley, Napa-style charred prime rib and grilled chicken piccata.
For dessert, family friend and Guy Fieri’s cooking peer Buddy Valastro designed the couple’s “country chic” wedding cake. Resting on a tree stump, the nearly five-foot-tall, six-tier, nature-inspired confection featured chalkboard-style illustrations celebrating the couple’s love of cooking and pickleball. Inside, guests enjoyed multiple flavors — black-and-white cake with fudge, chocolate cake with fudge and confetti cake with buttercream — along with a gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate truffle layer to accommodate the bride’s dietary needs.
