It’s a Glee-union!
Kevin McHale and Matthew Morrison reunited to visit former Glee costar Jonathan Groff at his Broadway show Just In Time in New York City.
McHale, 37, posted a close-up photo of the three posing backstage on Jan. 20. While he didn’t caption the upload, the three were all smiles in the fun selfie.
On his Instagram account, McHale also shared a video hugging Groff alongside actress Leana Rae Concepcion, who was Groff’s costar in Merrily We Roll Along.
Morrison, McHale and Groff all starred on the musical comedy-drama series alongside Jane Lynch, Naya Rivera, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Darren Criss and Amber Riley, just to name a few.

The Ryan Murphy-created show centered around a glee club at a high school in Ohio, which would frequently sing showtunes, mashups and covers of popular songs.
The FOX show ran for six seasons, from 2009 to 2015, and won six Primetime Emmy Awards. On the show, McHale played glee club member Artie Abrams, while Morrison portrayed the glee club director Will Schuster, and Groff played glee club member turned rival, Jesse St. James.
Several Glee stars have graced the stages of Broadway following the smash success of the series, from Michele’s work in Funny Girl to Criss’ performance in Maybe Happy Ending and more.
When talking to PEOPLE in November 2025, Michele, who is currently starring in Chess, remarked how many of her costars were still performing.

“It’s wild. I mean, Jonathan’s here with me tonight, and I talked to Darren, and I’m so excited for Kevin,” Michele said. “I mean, Glee has the most incredible cast of insanely talented people, so it makes sense that we would all be here.”
Like McHale — who recently made his New York stage debut in the Off-Broadway revival of the musical The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee — Michele has remained close to some of her Glee costars, including Dianna Agron and Criss.
The trio reunited at Maybe Happy Ending, the hit musical for which Criss won a Tony Award in April 2025.
Glee is now streaming on Hulu.
