The oldest of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s three children together was photographed at the ceremony at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 1.

The Grammys paid tribute to the late Black Sabbath rocker during the In Memoriam segment.
Post Malone, Slash, Duff McKagan and Andrew Watt took the stage to perform “War Pigs” in honor of Ozzy, who died on July 22, 2025 at age 76. Kelly Osbourne, 41, was also in attendance and appeared visibly moved by the tribute.
Aimee tends to keep a low profile and didn’t pose with her family on the red carpet of the award show. She chose not to appear on the family’s former MTV show The Osbournes and makes music under the name ARO.
Last July, the musician attended her late father’s procession in England. She stopped on the Black Sabbath bridge alongside Sharon, Kelly, Jack and Ozzy’s son Louis Osbourne.
That same month, Jack spoke about his distant relationship with Aimee on the Disrespectfully podcast. “We don’t have a great relationship — she’ll be the first to tell you that, so it’s no secret,” he said.
According to a death certificate obtained by PEOPLE, Ozzy died of “out of hospital cardiac arrest” and “acute myocardial infarction,” with coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction listed as “joint causes.”
Aimee submitted the death certificate at a registry in London.

Kelly opened up about grieving her father while speaking with PEOPLE on the red carpet at the Grammys.
“I won’t lie,” she said. “I won’t be one of those people that say I’m fine because I’m not. That’s the hardest thing I’ve ever been through in my life.”
