NEED TO KNOW
Heidi Klum isn’t hiding anything about her 2026 Grammys dress.
Before music’s biggest night kicked off inside Crypto.com Arena on Sunday, Feb. 1, there was tons to watch on the red carpet, where Klum, 52, pulled off a daring look that was truly nude at its core.
The Project Runway host arrived dressed in a custom Marina Hoermanseder ensemble that was designed to look like a naked figure and was actually molded to Klum’s very own body, as she’s revealed.

In a joint post shared to Klum and Hoermanseder’s Instagram accounts on Feb. 2, photos and video showed how the dress came to be — and some of the behind-the-scenes details might shock you.
Before the leather ensemble was lacquered and painted, it looked truly human-like in its truest form.
Speaking with Billboard on the carpet, Klum shared that she wanted to embody a bit of a shock factor. “I also go for a showstopper kind of an outfit. I’m never someone who is…for the nice thing. I always like something special,” she said.

And special the dress was, as its structured silhouette required Klum to take baby steps down the step-and-repeat.
This year’s Grammys was packed with naked apparel and stripped-down moments.
Chappell Roan became one of the buzziest stars of the evening when she arrived in a sheer Mugler gown hanging from faux nipple rings (she layered the NSFW design with a sheer cape for interviews). Teyana Taylor, who made an abs-baring appearance at Paris Fashion Week last month, kept her daring streak going in a Tom Ford by Haider Ackermann number with waist-cinching cutouts, while Zara Larsson made a case for cropped clothing in a golden two-piece.
The men got involved too, with Best New Artist nominee SOMBR rocking a sheer top with the middle split open to reveal his chest , and Justin Bieber ditching all but his boxers for his anticipated return to the Grammys stage.
On the other hand, there were guests, like Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, and Doechii (who swept the carpet with a 13-foot train), that decided the more fabric the better, and showed out in dramatic outfits ranging from gothic to romantic to rock ‘n’ roll.
