The drama surrounding the much-debated in-flight incident between Meredith Marks and Britani Bateman continues.
Part 3 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 6 reunion on Tuesday, Jan. 27, saw the cast pick up their discussion over the incident that occurred on the ladies’ return flight from Canouan. During their trip, Meredith was angry at Britani for bringing up TikTok rumors alleging that Meredith’s husband Seth Marks had cheated on her.
Ever since the incident, the women have been at odds over what exactly went down between Meredith and Britani, both 54, while on board their flight home. Meredith maintained during last week’s reunion episode that she never had “direct engagement with Britani.”
Britani, meanwhile, claimed that after a trip to the bathroom on the flight, she “came back to wine on my seat” and “that was when people started screaming at each other.”

During part 3 of the reunion, host Andy Cohen asked Meredith what she thought of Mary Cosby sitting her down to talk about the incident earlier in the season. During the conversation, Mary, 53, told Meredith the fight happened “longer” than the 15 minutes she’d claimed it did.
“I didn’t really understand it, to be totally honest,” Meredith said. “It’s hard because I feel like over the last year or two we’ve had all this tension, and I don’t quite understand it.”
Mary then asked Meredith, “Do you remember the things you were saying before we got on the plane?”
“You were fueled and angered and talking and talking,” Mary said. “I was saying to Meredith, like, ‘There’s a lot of things you were venting. You might’ve vented to Lisa [Barlow], but you certainly vented to me. Please don’t say you didn’t do it.”

Meredith denied ever saying she “didn’t do” anything.
“I’ve said from day one I vented to Lisa,” she said. “I’ve said this from the beginning, middle and end. It was the wrong place and the wrong time. That’s 100 percent true. It’s what I’m still saying.”
When Andy asked if she had alcohol before the flight, Meredith said she had one “drink in the lounge, yes.”
Explaining her previous comments about not remembering the end of Crazy Rich Asians, the movie she was watching on the flight, Meredith said she “fell asleep.”
“I was watching movies and dozing in and out,” she said. “Lisa also fell asleep. That’s why I climbed over her to go to the restroom.”
Whitney Rose, 39, said that the flight’s descent, which would’ve lined up with the end of the movie, “was the climax of the fight.”
To that, Meredith said, “I vented. I absolutely vented a little at the beginning and at the end.”
Later during the reunion, Meredith reiterated, “I vented to Lisa.”
“It was an inappropriate time and place,” she continued. “I did not mean to hurt Britani’s feelings. I’m sorry that she heard me, and it hurt her feelings. It was nothing that I have not said to her face, but it wasn’t nice.”
Season 6 of RHOSLC concluded with the part 3 reunion on Jan. 27.
