Christina Haack Says Her ‘Blended Fam’ Had a ‘Great Start’ to 2026 While Vacationing with Ex Tarek El Moussa

Christina Haack is reflecting on her blended family’s New Year’s getaway with partners past and present!

The HGTV star, 42, took to Instagram to share photos from the Park City, Utah trip and post a message about how it was the perfect way to kick off 2026. Along with her boyfriend Chris Larocca, Haack’s ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, Tarek’s wife Heather Rae El Moussa and all of the group’s children attended the fun-filled vacation.  

“May have been the saddest amount of snow I’ve seen in Park City, Utah – but this blended fam still had the best trip,” she wrote in the caption. “Thank you @brian.claypool for letting us stay in your beautiful home! 2026 is off to a great start.”

In the first slide, Haack and Larocca are all smiles as they pose with the designer’s 6-year-old son Hudson, whom she shares with her second ex-husband Ant Anstead. Another slide shows the couple posing with Tarek and Heather as they all hold up orange champagne glasses. 

Shortly after his girlfriend of over one year shared the post, Larocca commented on how he loved all the “craziness” the group experienced together.

“Was such an amazing trip! I enjoyed every moment of the craziness! Love you guys and thank you @brian.claypool for your amazing home! Here’s to a great 2026,” he commented. 

Heather — who stars on HGTV’s The Flip Off alongside Tarek and Haack — also wrote: “So fun!!! ❤️❤️❤️ such a great trip.”

In the last slide of her post, Haack shared a photo of Hudson posing with her and Tarek’s son Brayden, 10, as well as Tarek and Heather’s son Tristan, 2. 

While Haack and Tarek’s 15-year-old daughter Taylor does not appear in the gallery of photos, she was included in a group shot that the Clé Cachée founder posted on her Instagram Story during the trip. 

Taylor also appeared in Heather’s Instagram post of the getaway, in which the teen can be seen beaming as she poses for a selfie with her stepmom.  

During an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Haack opened up about her blended family and how she’s able to make her unconventional friendships work with her ex-husbands. 

“It really takes everyone in a co-parenting situation wanting to make it work,” she previously told PEOPLE. “I have people message me all the time to be like, ‘How did you do that? My husband’s ex hates me,’ or ‘I could never hang out with my ex.’”

“It takes all of us, and right now there’s four people in this situation — myself, my boyfriend Chris, Tarek and Heather — and all of us want to get along,” she added. “All of us work hard to make sure that we’re all getting along.”

Haack and Tarek were married from 2009 until 2016, while she and Anstead, 46, were married from 2018 to 2020. She was also married to ex Josh Hall from 2021 to 2024, with their divorce officially being finalized in August 2025.
