90 Day Fiancé alum Veronica Rodriguez has been arrested alongside her fiancé, Seth Daryoushfer.
On Monday, Dec. 15, the couple was arrested in North Carolina, according to jail records obtained by PEOPLE.
Rodriguez, 40, was booked on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge just before 3 p.m. on Monday, while her fiancé was booked on a charge of assault on a female less than an hour later.
PEOPLE has reached out to Rodriguez for comment.
One day before their arrests, Rodriguez, who made her 90 Day Fiancé debut on Beyond the 90 Days in season 3, posted a recap of the year.
She called 2025 “the best year yet” as she celebrated her relationship with Daryoushfer.
In the video, she shared that they met on the dating app Bumble and rounded up a series of sweet videos from their time together. “Can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for us 🥰,” she wrote in the caption.
